So last night a customer comes in 15 minutes before closing carrying two 2.5 gallon buckets. He say he's got some cichlids and an arowana, I'm thinking to myself "probably a couple of convicts and a 6" aro" no problem. Just out of curiosity I ask what size tank he has and he replies " a 37 gallon", which pretty much confirmed my first thought. Lo and behold he removes the bag covering the aro to reveal this poor 12"-13" silver all wrapped back around himself in this tiny bucket! He is in surprisingly great shape, long barbels, no deformities and just a few mildly torn fins. His companions were three 7" African Mbuna, all more aggressive types. Now he's in a 90 bow and looking very happy. Lucky for him the owner was moving and breaking down his tank!!

Just makes me sick ill tell you how small is a 37 anyways the smallest i ever had was a 55 besides a 10 like 3 feet by 10 wide and 18 high or something just makes me mad to see fish like that in such small tanks and then how long do you think he would of been in there if he wasn't going to be moving. Why would you even get a arow and to that rediculous all right vented enough i'm glad he moved that's all

haha i would sell the fish away if the tank is way too small for the fish and i had no $$ to get a bigger tank
a big cheap tub is always a good solution im saving up to get some big tubs like 100-300gals

12 blacks!!! are you going to attempt to breed them!?! you should and keep they're numbers available in the us :D oh and you should let me know if you get babies hahaha.... gonna end up needing a bigger tank in the long run either way though....
