Lump on my NTT...Datnoid disease?

Hi all,

have recently acquired 2 pieces of NTT from a fish shop recently. And have found out that they have been invested by parasites. But am not sure what kind of parasite isit.

Also noticed that one of my NTT have a lump on its Anal spine area. I m not sure what isit but seems to be getting bigger.

Please help in advicing what is the parasite and whats wrong with my NTT.

Any advise would be appreciated.
