Lump on pike cichlid throat. Help plz.

So a few days ago i noticed my wild pike had a lump on his throat. Its in front if his gill plate on the bottom right side. I dont have gravel and there is nothing he could have eaten beside food. Hes eating and acting normal. No outside signs of distress or health issues. No lacerations or cuts on the outside. Any idea what it could be?

No idea, looks healthy otherwise. Any red flags in behavior changes or eating?

He is acting absolutely normal. I have no idea. I hope its not a tumor. Is that possible?

If his behavior doesn't change i would say wait it out.
And hope (in Arnold voice) IT IS NOT A TUMOR!. LOL
