Lump on the side of clownknife

hey everybody. Since last week my clownknife has had a lump about the size of a large pellet right about where his first large spot is. It hasn't moved or gotten bigger. He still eats a lot & is as active as a clownkife can be. I use sand as substrate so I know its not gravel. His diet consists of fish fillet, prawns, & massivore delite. I would take a pic but there are no noticeable cuts or sores just a lump. Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hard to determine without a pic. CKs look like they have a lump on their sides after a full meal. How big is this lump?

I can't upload pics with the MFK APP. Its the size of a large pellet. Could it be a hernia?
