lung crushed airstone pics

A while ago I started this tread about the japanese giant albino lungfish wich died (tread title was I'm shocked) the lung was clearly to fat and probably died because of it.
And it got me thinking and I decited to take a break from feeding my 2-lungs for a couple of days.....
This morning a found some werd tiny bue pieces in my dolloi's tank..and could not figure out what it was for the first few seconds......It turned out it started to eat my airstone...and yes stone these airstoes are hard as a rock..

My god! I think this confirms that none of us want to be bitten by our charges! Do you think your fish ate any of the stone? Your fish looks great, lean and healthy. Thanks for the pic.

Thanx Dan..but I do think it looks kind of firm for a dolloi
And Yes I do think he ate some of it...there was more stuf missing from the ball than I took out of its tank...but I'm sure he will manage to produce a nice big pile of airstone SHT in 1 or 2 days.
 
Nice fish - Curious as to why you have airstones in the tank with a lung?
