Lung Fish.. Illegal???

Are Lung Fish illegal in california??? Anybody know a place I might able to get one. I really want one.. BADDD..

I guess nobody know.. someone was telling me that but i wasen't sure, but who care.. I got one anyway.. I got a WAL and I love it.

apparently, and thats the important part, large predatory fish require a DAL

im unsure if this applies to the states

chances are whatever state you bought it in, it's legal there. i heard a rumor they were illegal in 48 states, but haven't been able to find a definitive list. i bought mine in NH. i'm sure the law is just to keep them from being introduced into lakes and streams once they've outgrown their tanks, so as long as you don't do that, you should be fine.
