I currently house a wolf fish and lungfish in a 135 gallon tank. A few months ago the wolf fish took half of one of the lungfish's limbs off. I saw it and was not worried since it has never happened before and has not happened since. The lungfish's limb is healing, but now has a second arm coming out of where the limb was torn off. It is starting to look more and more like a "V" coming off of his limb. Is there anything I can do about this? Just keep it like a "V"? Has this ever happened to anyone?
thanks

I sold my 17 inch wolffish for the same thing, all his tank mates were all beat up. but Im sorry about the lungfish tho :(

Hi this happened to my African lung after an Oscar had a taste when he was small! It's nothing to worry about but will never grow back as a single 'leg' ! At least that's my experience, I would separate the 2 into their own tanks and keep them singly from now on though
