Lungfish recovery

My lungfishes lower fins are nipped due to the aggression in my tank. Can these fins fully heal 100%? And how long will it take. Please share your knowledge. Appreciate the feedback. And thank you In advance fellow fish keepers!

I bought a LF that came in inside it's estivation cocoon. When the lfs broke it out of it's cocoon they broke off all of it's 'legs'. The 'legs' fully regenerated in about 6 months.
