I'm a bit lurker here but finally decided to post to ensure I'm using the right species label for my lungfish. He was sold to me as a West African Lungfish and looks like Protopterus annectens annectens but I don't have much experience with these guys so help would be appreciated. When I bought him back in April he was very pale and has since darkened into a more typical coloration, I ended up naming him Linnaeus. He's probably around 9in and is loves to be fed! Sorry about the photo quality, they're a bit grainy since I was using my iphone.
