So, it would probably be a bad idea huh?

Anyone done it? If the lungfish is larger than the two cats...
I don't know really anything about lungfish, but I dont really want to take the time to do the research if its a horrible idea

Is it an african? African lungfish tend to be more aggressive in my experiences. I once had an african lungfish who ate half an adonis pleco more than a third of its size. Blew my mind because the adonis is so prickly.

I'm actually not sure, It's for sale on craigslist... I keep looking at it thinking it looks really cool, but don't really wanna go dig up a bunch of info right off the bat if its just not going to work.

Heres the pic thats with the ad

African. They can be pretty aggressive but I'd say try it.

Australian Lungfish yes. African Lungfish I wouldn't risk it.

Also know that african lungfish will likely destroy your aquascaping. IMO, they are almost in the realm of a one tank fish...unless you have some other huge monsters in there. I've tried them with some of everything and before long, other fish just started disappearing (I am/used to be very daring when mixing fish but now I am more cautious as my fish tend to be more rarer and expensive). They are a cool fish though.

those have a bite that crushes air stones.. jfyi.. ask the guy if its with tank mates..
