lungs on land

could i keep an african lung on land ,and if i did the tank would be as follows

a 20 gallon for 6 incher with around 1 inch of mud or sand with 2 misters an some foggers and i would mist him daily with the foggers and auto misters on all the time

ya ,i was just curius ,but i was pretty shur it would be no ,im just dont have a lung and am curius about them
 
They can breathe air and move on land well enough to do it as a last resort if the body of water they are in is drying up, they are still a fish...
