Lutjanus goldiei

Hi community,

i have the possibility to buy 3 Lutjanus goldiei, 7 inch.
What would YOU do? Buy or not buy? The price is okay.
Anyone with experiences with this beauty? Its really hard to get information about it.

I’d hope you have a tank big enough. No experience here but if you have the means to care for it I’d say go for it!

I would go for it, but only if you have a LARGE tank. They can get up to a meter long, and 70 lbs.

Hmm yes thats the problem right now. Actually i am planning my new 660 gallons tank in my new house. But i dont know how much time it takes till this tank will be to small for these monsters. So right i am thinking about a totally new project with a much much bigger tank.
But i'm not sure if the effort is worth it. And don't forget the additional costs.
