Here's a thread I did about my crested gecko cage that I designed. It's layout would work fine for L. williamsi if you wanted to design a tank from scratch.

I use a 40 watt ceramic heat emitter to heat my tank since they are day time baskers. I leave it on all the time. I have dual Exo Terra 26 watt 5.0 UVB bulbs for lighting. You could use the 2.0 bulbs instead if you wanted to. I would avoid a waterfall or any deep bodies of water as these guys can drown pretty easily. I just mist the tank twice a day.

Here's a brief care sheet on their other requirements.

It's just pea gravel that I picked up from a garden store. You can use large aquarium gravel too. I mist the cage with a pump spray bottle like this one.

I find they like to hang out on the branches to bask but when frightened they run and hide in the plants. They also sit on the back rock wall of the Exo Terra a lot.

Ah also what would u say is better for them eco earthor forest floor ??

Shredded cocofiber of any brand should be fine. I just happen to use Eco Earth.

I had yet to tell you guys but in the other week end I got myself what I though was a pair of L. kibowelli alongside a few other critters :D But now I know they are 2 males. No mater will get some dames for them. So far they have been a complete blast, increadbly inquisitive lilte critters, and have already have dubled in volume, they eat allot:headbang2For a good easy to build mister get a plastic botle and with a pin make many tiny holes in the cap and voila a very longlived mister;) All you have to do is fill with water and press the botle
