Lyonsi cichlid

I have 3 lyonsi cichlids and know that my biggest one is female but the two smaller ones are unknown. I was womdering if there is and way to tell them apart other than venting. I recently was told they are endangered so I want to get to breeding them.

Just from what I've read - females will usually, but not always, have black in the dorsal fin. I bought four from Rapps in March, trying to get a male. Great fish and will eat anything, but they don't grow as quickly as other amphs IME. I bought Trimacs at the same time & my male Trimac is 8.5in. My Lyonsi is 4.5in tops.

Conspecific aggression is also very high. Even at 1.5in, I couldn't get 4 to coexist in a 90gal long enough to hand pick the keepers.
 
Do you see any black on the dorsals? At that size, it would be easy enough to vent them.
