So I am growing out 4 nics in my 55 gallon right now. I know I have 3 males and I am almost positive the 4th is a female. The aggression isn't terrible but I would like to ease some pressure off of the smaller female. The males are all around 4.5" while the female is probably 3.5-4". Would it be better to keep all those males in there to divert aggression? Should I just leave my most dominant male and the female? Or should I take just one male away or do nothing? Again the aggression isn't terrible mostly chasing but she is small so I am a bit worried. Plus it would be nice to ease some of the bioload off the tank.

Any comments?
