I have tried to write this big ass summery of my question twice, this 3rd time, lets see if MFK forums will let me now
OK>>> I have my Jag sharing a tank with my newly adde royal pleco. I know fish cant have jelously, so it must be a food response. I go down to fish room, get near jags tank, he starts messing with the pleco, not biting him but nudging him and flairing at him, after he sees I have feed him, he goes and eats all is well. I got to sit down and he goes on his business. OK if i get up again and mess with the tank beside the jags tank, he notices I am near and starts on pleco nudging him etc. Ok, I go away from tank, he looks for food and once he sees nothing he goes on his busness. Also ever since i have put pleco in, he has been feeling his mouth up full of rocks and moving them. Mainly been moving them to inside his flowerpot. He has also been staying alot in his pot and above it hovering, as if to guard it. Was all this brought on by pleco in his tank. The pleco doesnt seem to mind it and has shown no signs of stress or any marking of a fight.
