One of my favorite Loricariidae from South America is the Panaque family. But more specifically, I love the Royal Plecos the most!!! These guys are so cute! Plus, they love to eat driftwood which is something you don't see everyday and will also eat veggies! They have some of the nicest colors you will find in a freshwater fish!!!
My personal favorite Royal Plecos are L190, L191, L330, and L027.
I decided to create a group for all royal pleco lovers where we can share pictures of our royal plecos, chat about these graceful animals, and such.
To become an official {M} Royalty Royal Pleco King all you need to do:
~ Post pictures and discuss what kind you have
~ Then I will assign you a number, each number is simple. the number after the previous replies is your number.
You can then add this to your signature if you wish
{M} Royalty Royal Pleco King #
And for the ladies, you use Queen obviously
So I'll get us started.
Here is my L330 watermelon (past and present) and my old L191. I plan on getting a new L191, a L190 and a L27.
The first photos are of my royal pleco that I have now, the others are old ones I had.
