couldnt resist when i saw how blue he/she was still small 3.5" sometimes head is bigger other days smaller, what do you think?

I think it's a female...
What other fish do you have that is a male? Reason why I'm asking because you can put a male into the tank to see the reaction of the Thai. If the fish starts a breeding dance then you will have your answer for sure.
