These need brackish water to breed and hatch the eggs into. After the babies are born you will need to very slowly replace the brackish water with fresh.
It is a transfer process that is very tedious.

i know what you are telling,they are different,they dont grow upto that size,I've kept the one you are saying for a year but it doesnt grow to that size.

oh..i've never kept one past a week since they were feeder shrimp..but it does look like it though...
