I'm going to have two shark tanks, one that is an 18'x52" circular pond and another that is 25'x15'x8'. Please describe THE BEST filtration for these tanks which will eventually have a couple hundred pounds of fish. I want a thorough rundown of EVERYTHNIG needed for INSANE filtration. I want to have so much filtration that all I need to do is have an automatic top off system and practically no water changes. (I've already chosen my mad filtration but I would like to hear what others have to say) :)

i think your always gunna need water changes
you can have no water changes with a drip system

In sw if you have enough Live Rock, supposedly, you don't need ANY water changes. I am planning on 2,000lbs of LR for the circular pond and 5,000 for the 15,000g tank.

that is gonna be alot of money in live rock but i agree with rallysman a lfs by me has 3200 gallon pond and they run a huge life guard system live sand andlive rock but i think that they still do water changes,, in it they have a 4' black tip reef shark a 3' nurse shark some rays some lookdowns and they used to have a huge emperor snapper but i dont know what happened to him they also use mangroves in their waterfall pool to help

you need a very large trickle filter with bioballs ,a large protein skimmer mine is 6.5 ft tall my sump is 165 gallons,I have 10 3 ft tall lifeguard filters,1 3 horsepower dolphin pump,1 1 horsepower pump,1 chiller with heat exchanger.thats only for a 1200 gallon shark tank with 3 smouthounds and a snowflake eel.Dont forget the water changes.
MY ELECTRIC BILL YOU DONT WANT TO KNOW
