O orlok Feeder Fish MFK Member Jun 3, 2005 84 0 0 52 St. Louis, Mo. Jul 27, 2006 #8 Yeah, just keep it clean. If you can, take off the factory intake strainer and fit it with a sponge prefilter. Clean the prefilter often, maybe once a week. I use Seachem's Purigen in the media container instead of carbon. If you use this, make sure you use Seachem's media bag. You can't go wrong!
