MagFloat Velcro/Algae cleaner?

The one with the velcro on one end...is it ok for acrylic tanks or will it haze up the tank?

they make two types one for glass and one for acrylic the one for acrylic is Blue and the one for glass is grey.

so if it's not blue don't use it on acrylic

but same brand? Thanks. I have the grey one. Good thing i havent used it..figured the velcro part would scratch it up...

My acrylic MagFloat is velcro too and it's beige not blue. It is also small too.
