Today i started doing a water change and when i look closely on the glass of the tank , there is thousands of small white maggots crawling inside the tank glass... what the heck is this... help plz.

Look up planaria see if that matches what you're seeing.

They come from a dirty substrate and overfeeding. Cut back on the food and vacuum the substrate. They are harmless and well go away if you follow the above suggestions.

I run a BB tank, no substrate at all besides a driftwood piece. Running an eheim 2262 packed Eheim Pro subtrate, Matrix and Fluval bio rings. 2 x Sunsuns 402B's packed with pot scrubbers and 2 x Ac110's filled with filter floss. I do feed them Tilapia Chunks every 2 days, and i only feed them what they can eat right in front of me, never any left over. I did something different last week ive never done before. I gave them some Commet Goldfish as a treat for my bass for the first time. Maybe they carried the parasite? Anything i can buy to kill it or is not a big deal?

They are harmless just do some extra water changes. They'll go away.

As Tom said they are harmless, and really not parasites, but detritivores or scavengers.
They become especially prolific when protein is a prime food source, and are an indication that more water changes need to be performed to remove dissolved proteins.

on a side note, fry love them.

It's planaria. Fish will eat them. Clean substrate clean filter + more waterchange :)

I do water change twice a week and it's true. They're on a very high protein diet. Practically all they eat is Massivore sinking pellets and their favorite food is Chopped Tilapia. Maybe its time to clean the filters :/. I hate canisters, the cleaning is a pain in the neck. Specially lifting the 100 LB Eheim 2262 canister zzzzz, ball breaker for sure
