Magnetic Head rattles in internal pump?

If by magnetic head, you mean the impeller, check the parts dept section at Dr FS, I have replaced impellers on Mag Drive pumps. But....... A crackling sound is sometimes caused by cavitation that may be caused by something other than a damaged impeller. Could be the volute is worn and causing the impeller to wobbled, causing cavitation, this sound is from bubbles crashing inside the volute.
