magnum 350 help! i got ripped off?

Hi, i baught a magnum 350 a month ago and it came to my attention that it just didn't seem to work right. I baught it used for 50 dollars. the guy told me he baught a new propeller and a new o ring for me. im REALLY new to working with canister filters and in the hobby itself. here watch the link to this video and see the performance this filter gives. Im trying to sell this filter but i dont want to rip anyone off if it isnt working right. also if there is a way to fix it please tell me. sorry about the video quality and thanks. =]

Video isn't working for me neither. I can see if it works or not. I used a Magnum 350 for over a year. It was one of the best canister filters I've ever had...
 
What exactly is it or isn't it doing?
 
sorry about the viedo it says its still processing , damn youtube... anyways i feel as if the filter isnt pumping water fast enough. On the web it says the magnum filter pumps , i think it was 350 gph, and the way i c it its not 350... not by a mile

Aslong as it flows water, it works. The flow rate depends on how long the tubing is and how clogged and used the filter padding is...
 
it looked like in the pic you had the diatom catrage in it if so that can slow it down espeally if clogged try a carbon cartage with the foam pad
