I think i found my keepers finally
Of course im prolly gonna keep at least two more for back up. Im already filtering thru whats left, so it wont be long till im down to the final 4. Here are a few pics of what i believe to be a male and female that i pulled out from the rest of the group a couple months ago because of the potential they showed at the time and im totally happy with my decision so far. the male is around 6.5-7" and female 4.5-5" You gotta luv umbee
especially when they finally decide to color up after all this hard work put into them. its just too bad i dont have enough room to grow all of them out to their potential so i can keep the best
but it is what it is and i am very sure that any one of the others could out do what ive decided to keep!!! I know Forrest is gonna be happy very soon
I just thought id post a quick update of these beauties. tomorrow ill be juggling fish around into new tanks and getting others ready for shipping so once i get this pair settled in my 180 with a couple others, ill post another update
