they get Tilapia fillet, Hikari massivore, Hikari cichlid gold sinking.

I usually spot feed them, use a pvc pipe to drop. Food right in the hollow log

I gotta try that it's so hard getting food to my goonch without it getting eaten

I am Keeping the goonch with tors, and tors don't even need to see food to find and eat it, it was getting way too difficult, but once the food hits the bottom, the tors usually ignore it and cats go for it.

I have mine with mostly central American cichlids (veija) who are absolute pigs. So it's been hard to get food to it
