Alright this is the first time I actually use Big Al's Online a friend told me how they are the cheapest Mail Order service and I figured ... just give them a chance.

I used to be an only Dr Fost's client but since I have used Big Al's I am going to be strictly Big Al's now except for live fish cause they don't carry them lol...:P

Anyways I stocked up on Boyd Chemi-Pure Carbon Big Al's Have it on sale for $4.40 USD EACH!!!
I stocked up and bought about 15 of these I will be set for about a year and a half....
Not only that but the guy who I spoke to his name is Josh and he is very knowledgeable and he created a great impression on me and I felt that he was there more to help me out then to take my money...

Anyways just want to pass my deal to other so that you guys can benefit ...
Also if you find ANY of there products cheaper on any website they will MATCH it And BEAT it by 5%!!!

Big Al's has the cheap prices, but IMO their customer service isn't all it can be.

It takes a week or more for any order to get to me, and I've had some problems with orders going missing and damaged merchandise. It took over a month to fix a problem I had with an aquarium stand (wasn't notified of stock issue, shipped with no tracking number, came in damaged and missing parts, wrong color, was not notified when replacement was sent.) They also seem to have a problem crediting me with the proper points for my orders.

Still, I use them for filter media, food, and bulbs.

I like Dr.'s F & S because they are close to me (3 hours away) and my stuff gets here overnight. Their prices are higher, but whenever I've had a problem it was fixed right away.
 
Welcome yo!! A little side note...if you have a PetSmart near by...just print off the BigAls prices and go into PetSmart...they will match your price...its awesome! Then you don't have to pay shippin! ;)
