I am thinking about getting a Maine Coon Cat. Have been for awhile, as it stands we have 7 cats, all adopted rescue kitties, none mine. 5 are over 10 years old. I have decided I want my own cat, strictly house cat, and very large and friendly,

any one else have one of these or experience with them? looking to pay the 500, to 1200 for a pure breed but looking for some owners input on them, not just what can be found on the web.

yes I want a kitty that big, I have seen the all the vids and picks,
 
read up on them, I want a mans cat, oops sorry if that came across as none PC.

A mans cat is a dog and by do I man a real dog like the ones K krichardson or Frank Castle Frank Castle have.

Why not get a nice 12 gauge and an English springer spaniel?
