ohio
so my once busy, attractive tank has gotten a little boring lately
i sold a fish, had one fish jump out, a fish get eaten (a chain of dumb decisions on my part)

a 13" silver aro, and 2 p.bass are the only things i can see without searching the tank.
i also have a 7" clown knife and 2 catfish (TSN at 10" and irwini at 9")

what can i add to this tank that would add some mid/high level swimming

*before anyone asks, i have lids on the tank so nothing can jump out anymore!
:chillpill: and if you want to worry about my stocking, i do very regular water changes, and i would bet my water quality is better than yours... so please keep responses related to fish, i have read enough lately about the other stuff

pics?

i will have some up later tonight or tomorrow...

its sand bottom, some river rocks, and a little bit of driftwood "limbs" i guess you'd call them

but mainly just open water :) the way a tank should be :)

what size tank?
i personally would get more Pbass :)
but if your looking for variety i would get a pike xingu 1 or what ever is available that gets around 14"

i'd love another p.bass or 2 (especially a TEM, which is what jumped out of my tank :()
the problem is they are only available in ohio for a few months, and only at a small size... no good for my tank

Some large Silver dollars. :D

I think you need a pacu. Perfect addition to a tank.

I agree 100%. There are so many species to pick from. A nice group of red hooks would really add some dynamic to a large South American set up.
