ok i have a 10 gal tank and its being majorly over filtred i have a h.o.b turning over 200gph anouther h.o.b turning over 100-150 gph and 2 side by side ugf that i dont know the gph rateing on them but ya, do ya'll think this is good or not cuz im trying to keep it crystal clear

it all depends on what is in the tank, what and how often you feed them but it sounds good... oh and it also depends on media used and such...

what are you keeping in the 10 gal that needs all that filtration is the first question.

guppies and plants

I'd say cut one of the HOBs. There is no reason to turnover that much in the tank with those fish, and the plants will take in ammonia faster than nitrite or nitrate, so your filters won't really have much bacteria.

If you want it crystal clear, you need mech filtration. The undergravels do nothing for that. The HOB's as far as mech filtration depend on what model you are using.

I hate to derail, but won't your USD cat eat the guppies? Is that their purpose (feeders)?
