Major Problem ... Help !

To make a long story short.. . I have a 75 and know it's not new. I used to keep 2 big oscars in there and I traded them in for 4 small oscars. Anyways I've never had ICK... But all my baby oscars have what looks like the early stages if it. On the fins a tail only. The only thing I've done is change the Substrate and that was from another persons tank. I added salt and raised the temp to 82.

i think you have done the right thing with the raise in temp and add salt.
i've never had ich either but that seems to be the best cure for it, if you've caught it early they should be fine in no time imo
