If there is any one in Queensland Australia Brisbane northside area and has a breeding pair of Freddy or loisllei would be able to make some good money as i can not find any LFS that has a suppiler or breeder for them and there a few that would defentily buy some.

Smith's and Wetpetz have suppliers. They're obviously not going to say who.

We've been chasing a single Freddy for about about 4 months now, and had contacted Smith's to let us know when they got some in. They didn't tell us, and the 3 largish specimens they had in just before Christmas sold out within a day or two.

Let me know if you find anyone.

Mate i've been searching for freddies in brissie and surrounds for over a year and the only ones i found were very old sick looking females.

Wetpetz is on Old Cleveland Rd in Chandler I think, on the way to Capalaba from the city. In my opinion it used to be a lot better with the previous owner, but they still stock some fish that you don't see around very often like Bocourti and Pearsei.

I'm up on the Sunshine Coast and there's one store up here that stock 'heaps' of Americans, and I've never seen any Parachromis sp. there, it's called Pets and Ponds at Forest Glen.

A 'Freddy' is the common name for Parachromis friedrichsthalii.
