make me a fish diet

you already have a more varied diet than most people feed. try shrimp occassionally (gets expensive) and maybe even raise your own convict feeders. not much more i know of right now.
Since my brackish community has a Sea Catfish, Archers, a Mono, and a Scat, I take all of their pellets, put them in an empty pellet container and shake. Then I do not have to mix 3 types of pellets, one bottom feeder stick, and on wafer food everytime I feed them.

If you like living dangerously like me gut load some comets from your lfs as well..
I use all the things you've listed and then HBH spirulina super soft and the other Supersoft, as well as some flakes here and there, OH and Frozen brine form a local breeder.. 6.00 a kilo. And some times i chop up some beef heart..
But thats all just me..
good pellets are hikari cichlid gold, and i hear the cichlid bio gold is good too. omega one is supposed to be one of the best also.
