Kind of a wonderful way to get your landlords attention and wonder if he has been paying CIT as well too? (Hes in Canada) i did not watch the entire video though. I loved his tanks fish looked well taken care of thats my retirement dream to do all kinds of tanks like that.
Highly doubt it. He says he sells rare and exotic fish and cuts to angle fish and tetras. Although I did not watch the entire video
Not a chance in hell he nets even close to that. Sure he has some rare plecos that he may be able to breed. But that small of an operation and it appears the large majority of his fish are run of the mill tetras and angels.

Angels always sell. Always. I made more $$ on angels than the rest of it combined over tthe years when I had a few pairs of angels.

I agree with that, I’ve been to a couple fish rooms filled with thousands of them for good reason but you still have to factor in time/food/water/electricity/possible gas/ he even mentioned meds. I don’t see how 45k is even close possible out of that apartment.
