Sodium thiosulfate only neutralizes chlorine, I believe, not chloramines. Or am I mistaken?

From that link I would agree. Now is there anything homemade that can take care of chloramines?

I'm unable to find any real info on de-chloramine ingredients..

From the MSDS for Seachem Prime:
http://www.seachem.com/support/MSDS/Prime.doc.pdf

Most use some sort of hydrosulfite, one proprietary version I found is amquel's hydroxymethanesulfonate

It sounds like its virtually unpossible to DIY yourself some Prime.

Regular chlorine you can ougas with a water aerator and (if the levels are very high) a few hours in a large surface container with an airstone.

I think I remember reading somewhere if you make the sodium thiosulfate solution at a higher concentration, it can pull the chlorine out of the chloramine bond, but you're left with pretty high levels of ammonia afterward. I don't remember where I read that though. I'll have to see if I can find where I was reading that. I could be wrong though.
