Making maintance easier

Hello,

I was thinking about replacing the plastic condensation tray on my aquarium. The reason being is that each time I want ot carry out a water change I have to remore the cover and plastic tray.

I was thinking of buying a tray that was too long, cutting it so that I can just slide one half back to access the tank for feeding and water changes. This will mean less chance of making a mess and less stress for the fish.

Please let me know what you think or suggest any alternatives.

sounds like youve got yourself a DIY... only way to find out if it makes waterchanges easyer for you is to do it...
