making my new 300 gallon ray tank.

Hey everyone.

In this thread, I will show you how I will make the setup for my 300 gallon ray tank. I hope it will be ready when I get my rays in two weeks.

As you can see it’s a bit dirty, but it just needs a good wash and it will shine like new.. (it’s the back of the tank)

I’m still trying to work out how to place my roots.. But I think I have found a winner..

I don’t have my truck right now, so I cant move the tank.. So instead, I am making roots with plants attached, to go in the tank..

I hope you all like the shots though they aren’t that good (my digital camera is 6 years old)..

Got some new pics of my rays to..

are all 5 of those rays in that tank for you????? gonna be a sweet set up.... remember your the final inspiration to make me leave bare bottom and aquascape my ray tank...

You must want everybody to view MFK in the darker version given your font color! I always have to highlight then read everything you post!!!

No i bourght it used.. I have posted a pic of how it looked when i got in form the seller.. (its just dirty now)

2 x 2260 eheims, packed with rough filter mat.. That should do it for a while.. But i will make a swamp in the end..

Im only getting 4 of them.. will get another scobina female and another pair of hystrix later..
