making own tank ornament

hi, I've just bought this stuff and I was thinking of making my own ornament for my tank, has anyone ever used it before, do you think it is safe to use for the fish? what do you think?

I dont know a lot about it but it is not waterproof.

Maybe you could put epoxy overtop of it to make it waterproof and fish tank safe. Not sure though.

the only question now is what kind of form that I would make, cause there are so many options, I'll post pic when I finish making one.
The stuff I was talking about is made in Italy, so maybe its also available else where too.
