weekly I just throw a couple fillets in a food processor and put it in a ziplock to feed throughout the week
It dont work if just tilapia, tilapia get dried easy being to long in the freezer once you open the bag, but i did my own food when i had discus.
I always add drinking water to the tilapia before freezing it. Lately I’ve been feeding my bichirs diced up flounder fillet.
How is that working for you? I wanted to try it but no one here havent teied flounder.
I normally prep it when I'm ready to feed but before I had surgery last month I froze a few weeks worth. Nice tip with the drinking water thx

Here is my thread for making food for my fish. The endli likes it but also eats pellets. Now that he’s in my 220 with my fire eels, they usually hoard all of the frozen food and my endli gets some of the Massivore pellets that the eels won’t touch.
