Mala meets Bala

[Red Aimara]

Added some five 4-5 inches Bala Sharks as dithers to spread the aggression in my comm a couple of hours ago. It was a temporary measure while I am looking for some wide bodied bigger sized fishes.

Left with two within minutes as each of my wolves took one down.

I am amazed the smallest Mala (about 7-8 inches) decided to join the feast as well.

I think SDs are ur best bet but will eventually get owned.

The smaller one with the Bala halfway in its mouth? Will try to fish it out and take a pic when I do some tank scaping later this month.

The shape of its head really looks different from the malas I've seen in LFS and even online. Thinner lips and sharp jawline.
