malachite green / formalin for peacock bass

I've been treating my peacock bass for a week with aquarisol and its still developing ich spots.
Temp is at 85 and I have aquarium salt added at 1 tablespoon for every 5 gallons of water.
I have ich cure which is a malachite green / formalin mix solution.

Is this safe for peacock bass.

Nothing else is working time for the big guns.

I used Rid-Ich+ which is the same thing on my monos a month or two ago when 3 other products failed. Im not advising this, but i had no success following the instructions. I treated for 10 days with only 1 50% water change on the 5th day. Thats how my buddy did when he worked for our lfs and it worked like a charm for me.
