malachite green -- ich

Hey guys / gals... simple question. Bought 4 Jag juvies a week ago. They r in a grow out tank with king parrot/midas crossbreed juvies. Anyway, the newbies gave all the inhabitants ich. I still have a bottle of malachite green from maybe 2-3 years back. Does anybody know if there is an expiration date on on it? Isn't that just a dye that just kills off certain parasites so it shouldn't have an expiration date. I checked the bottle and I don't see a date. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Better if it's combined with formalin anyway... I would just buy a new bottle of MG+Formalin... Actually I'd buy some quinine sulfate if I was to treat with a med. There's always the old heat/salt method that's popular around here...
