congrats! i adore these fish, we have kept them for years...do watch out though!
when aggression starts they might head on high in the tank and if ya have openings you could lose a good fish!..its happened to us....
we normally keep one dominant male in the tank because he is going to truly be aggressive to the beta males....normally we have at least three females, so he tends to spread his attention, and intensions around a bit...lol...
he will be top dog in the tank, sort of a sargent at arms, keeping the peace if there is a ruckus with another type...yea really!...and ours is in a 135 with his females, and a very large collection of other fish...
as long as there are plenty of territories, and he definetly will select and hold what he wants...you should be fine once you figure out what you have....when he starts putting a lil meat on his bones he will develope that hump very nicely!
