i don't know what I'm doing wrong here within these past few weeks, but I'm having terrible luck with all my fish..first the Gar I had jumped and died a few weeks later, now I'm having issues with my Malawi tank.
One of my "assorted" guys, started breathing really heavy and had what looked to be a parasite on his side of the left gill, white fuzzy almost looking (possibly ich?)
He just died, and the others seem okay aside from staying in the bubble curtain and up behind/below the filter..I don't understand, they were fine a few days ago..I did about 1/4 water change, cleaned the bottom up a bit and its been fine.
pH tested at 7.6, water qualities are great conditions for these guys, I just don't understand..they were all hanging out in their rocks, spitting sand everywhere just a few days ago, now they're staying towards the top..any ideas as to why this is?
Thanks everyone..
BTW- They are all eating fine too, I feed them frozen blood worms(half a cube) and some NLS pellets..
Stock is 3 yellow labs
1 auratus
1 brichardi
Petco had the tanganyika with the "assorted" african's, and she does well with everyone, seems the healthiest of them all to be honest.
