Malawi Eyebiter Issues

hey guys ive notcied my malawi eyebiter with some sort of lesions on its body a few days ago and i chalked it up to an aggersion issue but now im a bit concerned ..the number on white lesions has increased and i have now seen it on my other eyebiters. any help in this would be great ..anyone who has seen or experienced this i need ur help. i havent really witnessed any other sypmtoms other then the lesions and white stringy poop.

i can maybe do a video if that would help..i really wanna know how to handle this ..the problem is occurring in my 120g happ peacock tank sooo im freaking out..should i take out the ones that have the issue going on and quarantine them....? or wont matter
