malawi's have bred

i have a 75gal malawi community and have got about 5-6 3/4 of an inch babies swimming around ill try and post some pics soon

about 3 weeks since i first saw them so i dunno really if you look at the picture does it look like she's holding again cas her throat is really big you can't see it very well in that pic i'll get more

I dont know much about Malawi's but of what i do know it looks like she could possibly be holding but cant put my word on it for sure.

Looks to be holding, I have many malawi's..

She is definatley holding. My last batch netted > 50 fry. I always let the mother release them naturaly and stay with the fry to teach/protect them. I have a vid of her sucking them back into her mouth.

do you know what the fry are? at first glance i thought they were just red zebras but after a closer look their top fin seemed a little more iridescent with a stripe through the center and their body seems more elongate. do you know if you have any definite male red zebras in the tank?
