male? female?

here is our new addition to our aquariums, a 40gal with a GT

can anyone tell me if its a male or female? it was with another one in the store but the other one was more pale and smaller head

i noticed too! and im only comparing when i got him 5 days ago!!! wow this poor guy was so malnourished, hes 6 or 7 inches!!! i was sad to see no hump at all when i got him which made me think it was a female... im dancing more now!!!

so i have a question about this GT, his eyes and fins seem to be different to all the GTs i have seen online and in stores,
like i said this was someones fish who brought them in to be sold and when the store brought more GTs from thailand they looked them same as the GTs i see online!
the differences i see and ill let the experts try to tell me,
1- the tail and dorsal fins are not orange but orange and yellow
2- pectoral fins are clear not yellow like other GTs
3- eyes are much larger than GTs pics online and the other GTs at the store?!?!?!

so may this be a hybrid?!?!?!?
