Can anyone tell from these pictures if my jd and gt are male or female?

I’ve no clue about the GT.

JD looks small but I would hazard a guess at being female

Yah they are both juveniles, JD is maybe 2.5-3 inches, GT 1.5-2 inches. Thanks!

A mature female JD will have a lot of blue on the lower jaw.
Immature JDs will not show this trait.
The 1st JD pic shows very little blue, the 2nd pic looks as if there is blue starting to show, so for me to nebulous at this young age to tell, same for the G.T.

Too young to tell. Give them some more time to put on some growth and then we'll see.
