Male FH in a 225?

Does anyone have theirs in a 225 with other cichlids? How's that working out for you?

Mine is about 7 inches right in my 40 gallon tank. Going to be upgrading to a 225 soon.

I remember my male midas acted much different when he was in my old 225 than when he was in a 75. Just wanted to hear others experiences. Thanks

Depends on the fish. They all have a different personality. I had a 14 inch male in an 8 foot 225 community with no problems. My current male at 4 inches won't even tolerate a female.
 
should be fine mate as long as the other fish can handle themselves, ive done it, just make sure the fish are of equal aggression and its well stocked, sometimes 3 aggressive fish wont work but 6 will as the dominant fish's aggression is then spread out... just like malawis really.
 
Yeah, its interesting how that works. My midas in the 225 was pretty tame. He was a lunatic in the 75.

Got 12in male with bass , arowana , red pike Sometimes he like punk bass bcuz bass like 18in

I was thinking of putting an aro, my midas and a female FH (they are already in the 75 together living together,) my male FH, Jag and probably a couple of other things.... not sure yet though.
